Starting rates are a 3 hour event, plus 2 hours of set up time and 1 hour of breakdown time. Weekdays start at $850, Friday and Saturday start at $1,500, and Sundays are $1,250.
Monday through Thursday, we offer hourly rentals between 8am-3pm for $150/hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
*November 15th – January 15th is subject to a Holiday Pricing Increase.
Our venue fees vary on many factors including day of the week, set-up and tear-down time, A/V technician fees, and additional decor needs. For this reason, it’s better to speak with us directly to discuss rates customized to your individual needs. Event Rental dimensions: 1800 square feet (34′ x 36′)
Seated-Classroom setup: 48 guests using all six farm tables
Seated-Dining setup: 72 guests using all six farm tables
Cocktail Reception: 100 guests
Rental of the venue includes: six (6) parking spots with one (1) handicap spot, catering prep kitchen, six (6) 9’ farm tables, seventy-two (72) French x-back chairs, two (2) furniture groupings, existing A/V equipment (three (3) 75” smart T.V.s, sound board, four (4) wireless mics, and full surround sound), use of the Outdoor Garden Area, one (1) hour of set-up and one (1) hour of tear-down on weekdays/weeknights and two (2) hours of set-up and one (1) hour of tear-down on weekends.
